Felix has been going to a reading specialist a few evenings a week for the last few weeks and it's paid off. He's starting to read really simple books! Driving home from the camping trip it was awesome to hear him slowly going through entire books in the back seat!

He doesn't have many sight words yet -- he has to sound out the word "the" every single time, and since it's irregular he sometimes misses it -- but it's great that he's starting to put it all together.
