For some things he has all 3 versions. Water is "water", "de l'eau" or palms rubbing. More is "more", "(en)'core" or fingers tapping palm.

All dogs are now "Georgie", the dog at Sylvie's.

He calls Lucie's shoes "chaussures" and Dean's shoes "shoes".

All muppet-like animals are "melmo", meaning Elmo.

Felix's favorite TV show is Blue's Clues, which he asks for by name: "boos coos".
