Grandfather Moses (Dean's father) lives in Terre Haute, Indiana. Dean went for a weekend. It was a good visit. Dean got to see the half-harvested fields of corn and soybeans, the colorful autumn foliage, the good Unitarians of Dad's church, and... drag racing!

On the culinary front, fried corn mush is where it's at. San Francisco chefs don't know what they're missing.
