We made an offer on a house in Berkeley, and it was accepted! Today was the general contractor's inspection, and everything looked good. It's in the Northbrae district, two blocks from a great playground and four blocks from a great coffee shop and grocery store.

The upstairs has 3 bedrooms. The downstairs is the living area, which includes a family room/guest room.

We took a bunch of pictures, so while we're waiting for the deal to close we can figure out where our stuff should go.

Update: on April 17 we went back with Felix. He loved the place, and loved his room. We took some more pictures, which have been added to this area. And we took some measurements, and made architectural drawings of the floorplans.
