Felix is back on his bike. Dean told him that he installed a mechanism to keep it from going too fast. The mechanism is fictional, but the results are real. Felix is going faster than ever -- he's actually starting to lay rubber when he brakes. He's biking all around our neighborhood with Dean jogging after him.
