We generally don't write about the weather, but it's been a major presence on this vacation. It's been 200 degrees every single day. Well, okay, 95 to 100°F before you factor in the 90% humidity.

To cook the crabs we just take them out of the trap and leave them on the dock for a few minutes.

Finally, on the last day, the temperature dropped 10 degrees and it we found ourselves having a perfect Chesapeake Bay summer day. Just wish we had more of them!
